Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with NY Vapes. We’re committed to providing quality products and excellent service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Some items are exempt from being returned:
Disposable vape products (for health and safety reasons)
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Health and personal care items
Sale or clearance items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at nyvapes09@gmail.com and send the product to:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance.
